Two Point Hospital is a hospital management game developed by Two Point Studios and published by SEGA, in which players design hospitals and manage staff and treatment flows, curing fictional, comical ailments. Purchase and platform information is on the Steam store page.
Series and releases
The PC version was released on August 30, 2018, with Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One versions following on February 25, 2020. It is a spiritual successor to Bullfrog’s 1997 game Theme Hospital, and some of the original’s developers worked on it. The studio later released Two Point Campus (2022) and Two Point Museum (March 2025); Two Point Hospital: Full Health Collection, bundling all DLC, was released on September 16, 2026, for Switch 2, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S.
Usage
Players run a series of hospitals across the fictional Two Point County: laying out floor plans, arranging rooms, hiring and training staff, curing absurd illnesses and coping with finances and patient flow. The emphasis is on spatial planning and service management, with a comedic tone throughout.
Related and confusable terms
Two Point Hospital and Theme Hospital are two different games from different eras; the former is a spiritual successor to the latter, not a remake. “Two Point” is the studio and series name, which also covers the campus and museum titles.
